CLAIM REQUIREMENTS

To be considered, a warranty claim requires:

- Written notice submitted within the warranty period

- Clear photos of the issue

- Access to the site for inspection

All claims are evaluated based on documented installation records and inspection findings.

POST-TERM WARRANTY CONTINUATION (OPTIONAL)

After the standard warranty term ends, continued warranty coverage may be available at the company’s discretion.

Continuation requires:

- A paid inspection

- Verification that the coating system remains serviceable

- No disqualifying conditions such as moisture intrusion, substrate movement, abuse, or third-party modification

- Completion of any required corrective work at the customer’s expense

If approved, a new limited warranty term may be issued. Coverage scope and remedy remain unchanged.

Continuation is optional, non-automatic, and may be discontinued at any time.

WARRANTY PHILOSOPHY

Some companies advertise long-term or “lifetime” warranties on concrete coatings. In practice, concrete slabs, moisture conditions, and usage patterns change over time in ways no installer can control or predict.

Our warranties are intentionally limited and inspection-based. This allows us to stay honest about what we can stand behind, while still supporting our work when conditions allow.

IMPORTANT NOTES

- Warranty coverage does not transfer responsibility for conditions beyond the installer’s control

- No warranty terms are implied beyond what is stated on this page

- Website warranty language must match contract language exactly

- Installers and sales personnel are not authorized to alter or promise warranty outcomes
